MUMBAI: The Rs 600-crore-plus Godrej Sara Lee (GSLL), the joint venture between the Godrej Group and US-based Sara Lee Corporation, has acquired Sara Lee Household & Body Care India and its subsidiary in Sri Lanka for an undisclosed sum. The company will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSLL.
