RIT means "Responsibility Integrity and Trust"

It was a good first day at my internship. Got to meet many people there and they were all so nice. I had a nice lunch and the day ended with even nicer icecream social.

But thing which is more important is that I am on the writing track once again...and here I start writing my blog after a long hiatus.

I heard a story today about a man who had Responsibility Integrity and Trust (RIT)...Frankly speaking, prior to listening to the story, I didnt had so clear idea of what these three words mean..So just thought of writing the story here.

The story revolves around a small place, named chestnut hill, in Tennesse(USA). There was a small and the only church in the locality in way back in 1930s...One year a great hurricane came which destroyed the church.. all the people were so sad that they lost their only church..Few days later, everyone was surprised to see the church being constructed. When they enquired the construction people they were told that a man had taken insurance for the church and had paid the insurance premium for many yearsi..The man was the founder of the companyn which I started the internship today...So this is called responsibility, thing u do when noone is watching u or when noone knows about it.

Same man way back in 1916 refused to sell his products to other customer at higher rate rather than selling to US Army..so this was his integrity...Being loyal to ur roots...In USA its almost a year but I have hardly seen any Japanes or Korean on a ford or chevy. They prefer Honda or Toyota. That makes me remind of all those cosmopolitan guys and girls who will go to Pizaa hut and Mac D (I have not gone to Mac D even once after coming to USA)..Becoming modern is not about becoming westernized rather its all about taking pride in urself.

Third Keyword of the day which I learnt today was trust..I was very proud of my country as we have joint family and we respect even our distant relatives..but he same company I have been talking about in this blog has been run by the same family for the last 97 years.. No kidding...they never splitted till now..Kudos to Bush family and their company Bush Brothers and Co.

For those of u who are not aware of this company, this in no way related to the US president..A samll company which makes canned products, but has a great value..

I lookd forward to have great time for the next three months working for this company.

Hope that was a good try to start blogging..Comments will be appreciated :) I am kind of tired after that 8 to 5 work but will try to keep updatng from here..
